WOLF
ABOUT
Shai Wolf (they/them) (EMC) is a multidisciplinary performing artist moved to perform in a world that prioritizes accessibility & embraces inclusivity, with theatre serving as a catalyst for social change. Originally from the SF Bay Area, on the traditional land of the Ohlone tribes, Shai recently relocated to the greater Boston area.
Since Shai's debut at age 8 as a duckling in "Honk", they have branched out to slightly more ambitious roles such as Jo in "Little Women", Cathy in a queer production of "The Last 5 Years", Adam, in a virtual lab of "The Mad Ones", and most recently, Henrik in "A Little Night Music". A non-binary performer, Shai enjoys playing male, female, and gender non-conforming roles.
Shai is an Oberlin graduate, and holds a BA in Dance, with minors in Anthropology and French. In the fall of 2019, they completed the National Music Theatre Institute at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center.
When not onstage or in the rehearsal room (zoom), you'll likely find Shai deep in a book, out in nature, or in the midst of a watercolor painting.

Shai is a member of the Ring of Keys, a theater organization for queer women and TGNC artists in Musical Theatre.
